As a cooperative whose roots are deep in community organizing, we believe that only with our community will this restaurant get built! Over the years, we've given our labor, voice and food knowledge to causes and organizations near and dear to our hearts. ABOUT US
Olio started as a group of community activists sharing our love for cooking amongst friends. What started as a recreational experiment quickly grew into something much larger. Since 2011, we've serviced dozens of events ranging from political fundraisers and non-profit dinners to birthdays and extravagant weddings. We've won a handful of culinary competitions and have developed a dedicated local following. We are proud to use food as a means to uplift our customers and build the resilience of our community. We’re a worker-owned business, dedicated to sustainable sourcing, workplace fairness and the celebration of food as culture. We depend on the support of our community members to support this vision.
